7th & 8th Grade Fee Payment
The 2013-14 fee for 7th & 8th grade students is $90. (Yearbooks are not included in this fee.)
You can enter multiple students, and their grades into one order. Type all of the names and grades of your 7th and 8th grade students onto this form and when you click on PayPal you can choose 1 or more as your quantity. If you have questions e-mail Mrs. Clark at kclark@vistautah.com.
A Fee Waiver Application can be obtained under the enrollment tab. You can also request a fee waiver by e-mail kclark@vistautah.com and a fee waiver will be e-mailed to you.
