Lunch Program tab. E-mail questions to kateringkoncepts@aol.com or call (435) 574-0059
Lunches must be pre-ordered by midnight on Fridays for the following week.
Thank you to all the parents that have placed their orders online - We appreciate the orders and your patience while
we are working out all the kinks in our system!!
Just a few reminders for next week:
1. All orders MUST be placed by Friday at midnight to eat the following week.
2. We cannot accept checks or cash - you must place your orders online. If you do not have
internet access you can use the Santa Clara Public Library.
3. Using the Internet Explorer search engine - works the best with our system.
4. Cancellation Policy - SICK DAYS - If you have a sick child or just need to cancel a lunch you may log on to your account up until 9 AM
on the day of to receive a full credit!! After 9 AM there will be no credits - They are completely computer
generated! Please no calls for sick children - you must log on to your account.
5. Starting Monday, August 22, 2011 if your child comes through the lunch line but has not PREORDERED online we will
be happy to offer them a salad bar. $1.00 for a bowl, and $2.00 for a tray of salad.
Please make sure to verify the dates you ordered on your receipt.
We are thrilled to be providing a great quality lunch for your children but we can't do it without your help. We understand
this is a new system for everyone - so for any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us!!
