Vista Transportation Organization
We have a few points of interest about the bus that we would like you to be aware of before school starts.
1. If you do not want to receive e-mails from us anymore, please reply STOP to this e-mail and we will take you off of our e-mail list. We have been in business for 2 years and need to update our records.
2. If you haven't already made your registration fee of $30 per rider, it is due. You can send those payments, along with your registration forms to Kim Voncannon, 63 W. 1725 S. Washington, UT 84780 . We need registration forms filled out each year for our records. You can request these forms or you can go to our facebook page "Vista Transportation Organization (VTO)" to download & print them out. Please go join that page, as we will be posting announcements etc. on that page.
3. We will be prorating the month of August to $25 for 1st - 8th grade, and $20 for Kindergartners.
We will be at Back to School night to answer any questions in person. Please check the Vista Calendar at vistautah.com for date & time. Again, we thank you for your support of the bus. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.

VTO Information Letter 2012/2013
Dear Parents & Riders,
Thank you for your interest in our bus program. We are excited to be able to offer this service to Vista Charter School.
Below are a few points of interest.
*Registration Forms/ $30 Deposit - If you would like to sign your student up for the bus, please fill out the VTO Registration Form, Identified Risks of Participation Form & Bus Discipline Policy, along with a $30 non-refundable registration fee per rider and the first
months payment. All Paperwork needs to correspond with the current school year. to be filled out again. The $30 deposit is due each year.
*Pick up/Drop off schedule - The pick-up/drop-off schedule is as follows:
Morning Bus Schedule
Washington Wal-Mart up by gas station - bus leaves at 7:30
Bloomington Wal-Mart in lot where Checker used to be – bus leaves at 7:45
Ace Hardware by the recycling bin - bus leaves at 8:00 Arrives at school at 8:15
School Schedule Monday - Thursday Leaves school at 3:15
Arrives at Washington Wal-Mart between 3:35 – 3:40
Arrives at Bloomington Wal-Mart between 3:50 - 3:55
Arrives at Ace Hardware between 4:05 - 4:10
After School Schedule Friday or Short Days Leaves school at 12:45
Arrives at Washington Wal-Mart between 1:05 – 1:10
Arrives at Bloomington Wal-Mart between 1:20 – 1:25
Arrives at Ace Hardware between 1:35 – 1:40
If your rider is returning to the program, the forms need:
*MonthlyPayment-Paymentis$50permonthforthefirstrider,$45eachadditionalriderinthefamily. Ridersonlyneedingone-way transport pay $30 per month. The one-way program is for either morning or afternoon, not a mix of both. Payments are due the 1st of each month. Late fees will be charged after the 5th of the month at a rate of $5 per day. If payment is not made by the 5th, the rider will be suspended until payment is received. The first month’s fee and registration is due prior to riding the bus. The VTO reserves the right to terminate bus privileges if payment is received late more than one time.
* Fundraising - As part of our fundraising, we offer advertising on the sides of the bus. We charge a monthly fee for any business that would like to have a billboard on wheels. For more information about setting that up, please contact Kim @ voncannon4@yahoo.com.
