Why I am interested in serving as a board member for Vista School
As a parent of two Vista students and member of the Ivins Community, I have a vested interest in the happenings at the school.

I feel that I have an ability to listen to others and make insightful, fair decisions to achieve desired outcomes. I love working with others to strategically improve situations for my community.
Bio
My name is Heather Burch and I am interested in becoming a member of the Vista School Board. As a parent of two Vista students and member of the Ivins Community, I have a vested interest in the happenings at the school. I have served on the Vista School Land Trust Committee and the Vista PTO. I have a great love and respect for the faculty, staff and students at Vista and would love to support them on this board. If appointed, I promise to work hard to achieve the best outcomes for Vista School.
After graduating from Brigham Young University, I served as the promotions director for the Salt Lake CBS/KUTV2 news station for 5 years. I oversaw all local promotions and charitable advertising partnerships like The Salvation Army Angel Tree program. After my time at CBS, I turned my attention to children and our business. We own Easy Legal Planning and provide Estate Planning documents on a nationwide platform. My husband and I have two children and love living surrounded by the red rocks of Ivins, Utah.
