Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education
Mr. Nickle earned his Associate of Arts degree from Yavapai College in 1999 with an emphasis in piano performance. After that he spent a few years in the military, a few years building houses as a general contractor, and a few years completing his Bachelor’s degree in music education from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. His first assignment was teaching middle school and high school choirs in Arizona. Then, in 2012, Mr. Nickle joined the Vista School family and has been enjoying teaching at Vista ever since. Mr. Nickle’s other interests include hiking, scouting, white water rafting, and hanging out with his wife and three children.
