Mrs. Hobson graduated from Dixie State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and endorsements in ELL and Early Childhood Education. She taught kindergarten for three years before taking time off to be home with her babies. Mrs. Hobson returned to teaching by first being a substitute teacher at Vista and then taking over the 6th grade Language Arts classes mid-year. Her favorite things to do, besides teaching, are writing, reading through her neverending to-be-read list, baking, and playing and spending time with her family including an Aussie Collie and Tuxedo cat. Mrs. Hobson loves being outside in beautiful Ivins, going to the beach, and Disneyland with her family.
