Lorene has taught for 15 years in Washington County School District. Lorene taught for 4 years in 3rd, 4th and 1st grades. She then took some time away to raise her family. In 2006 she returned to the work that she loves. Lorene has a passion for reading and was the Reading Interventionist. She went on to become Wilson Language Certified which has strengthened her ability to help students develope their love of reading. Lorene has a passion for the arts and is wildly excited to join the Vista Family. Vista is the place she would have loved as a student and as a teacher she is thrilled to be part of a school with whom she relates. Lorene and Brent have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. She loves dancing, painting, crafting, hiking, swimming in the ocean (especially with dolphins), traveling the world and spending time with her family.
