Micheline Barben enjoys sharing her passion for health and fitness with the students at Vista as a Physical Education teacher. She encourages and tries to help all students find their fitness passion -whether it be in competitive sports, recreational games, or fitness activities. Her goal is to teach students to develop healthy habits that they can live throughout their life.
Prior to teaching at Vista, Micheline worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor for over 20 years teaching strength, CrossFit, kickboxing, Pilates and Zumba. She is married to Bret Barben, has 8 children and 1 grandchild, and considers her family her greatest blessing! They enjoy spending time together outdoors hiking, swimming, or cheering each other on at a ballgame.
