EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s of Arts Classical Voice

Rebekah began her serious ballet training with Cheri Sutherland from the School of American Ballet. Her studies lead her to train in New York for two summers… before returning to the Las Vegas area where she studied with Elize Valle, and attended Nevada Ballet Theater’s summer intensives. She performed with Jenny Romas in Legends in Concert 2002, she performed as a principal dancer for New Dance Co. 2007, and was invited to rehearse with principals of Central West Ballet during her 2nd pregnancy. She was in Tuacahn’s production of “Cats” 2010, and “Thoroughly Modern Millie” 2013, and she opened as a soloist for Ririe Woodbury in 2010. She is a founding member of St. George Dance Company and has served as their event coordinator and choreographer for the past 8 years. Rebekah brings a variety of talents to Vista. In addition, she is a trained gymnast, aerialist, and singer. She received her Bachelor’s of Art in Music (vocal performance). Rebekah brings almost two decades of dance teaching experience to Vista. She was one of the original dance teachers at Vista and is excited to return to implement a more classical approach. Rebekah is so grateful to have had the support of her husband and beautiful children throughout her crazy dance/performing career.
