Chase is a small business owner with a background in real estate development, property management, and client services. Over the years, he has led a range of projects—from managing commercial developments to rolling out systems and strategies for large property portfolios. Known for his steady communication and thoughtful problem-solving, Chase brings both practical experience and a strong sense of responsibility to everything he does. As the owner of a local window coverings business, he values relationships, clear expectations, and delivering meaningful results. He earned his degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and lives in Santa Clara with his wife and four children. Outside of work, you’ll find him running, biking, or exploring Southern Utah with his family.

As a board member at Vista School, Chase is excited to support an environment where students thrive—both academically and personally. He is committed to decisions that keep the school operationally sound, financially strong, and in alignment with its charter and bylaws. He values structure and accountability, but also believes thoughtful change is essential to growth. Chase is eager to give back to a school and community that matters deeply to his family.
