Important Schedule Information: 

Welcome to the new school year! Please take a few moments with your student to review important Vista School policies and procedures linked below. Please ensure that both you and your student sign and submit one Acceptance of Policies and Procedures Required Signature Form for each student in your family before the first day of school, as completing this form is required before students can utilize technology at school. We are confident that being familiar with these guidelines will ensure a smooth, successful year ahead!

Student Class Schedules

To ensure you have the correct information, please hold off on checking schedules until August 6th. Any classes or teachers shown before then are preliminary and may change as we finalize our class rosters.

Your child’s class schedule for the 2026-27 school year will be available in Aspire on August 6th. We recommend printing your child’s class schedule before attending Back to School Night on August 12th, or accessing your Aspire account on your phone during the event to avoid waiting in line for a printed copy.

K-5th grade class schedule information

All homeroom classes for K-5th grades are currently full, and we are unable to accommodate requests for changes to homeroom classes or teachers.

4th and 5th grade students may request changes to elective classes only. To do so, please use this link.

6th-9th grade class schedule information

6th-9th grade students can view their class schedule and make changes where space is available August 6 - August 23 by logging into Aspire. Schedule change requests should not be submitted to the counseling office as students are now able to make changes to class schedules in Aspire. To change your student’s schedule, you must log in through your student's Aspire account, not your parent Aspire account. Please review the Student Scheduling Instructions before attempting to log in and make changes to your student’s schedule. 

Please note that many classes are full at this time, but space often opens up after school starts, so we recommend checking back often between now and August 23 to see if a space has opened up in the class your student would like to add. 

Due to the high volume of phone calls and emails received during this time, the counseling department requests that assistance with schedule changes be handled in person. The counseling office staff will be available to assist you August 6th, 7th, 10th, and 11th between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Our goal is to ensure every student has a class schedule they are excited about.
