Do you suspect that your child/student has a disability that falls under IDEA?

Vista School has policies and procedures to ensure that all students with disabilities are identified, located, and evaluated. The determination that a student is a “student with a disability” under these procedures must be made on an individual basis by a team made up of the parent and school personnel.

If you suspect your child may be eligible for special education services under IDEA, please contact Mrs. Fix at 435-673-4110 ext. 322 or cfix@vistautah.com

We will work together to make sure your student is taken care of.

Title Meeting 2021-2022

Title I Meeting Video

Dear Vista Parents~

The Title I program is a federally funded program designed to provide supplemental aid in academics areas. The purpose of the program is to improve educational opportunities for our qualifying students by helping them succeed in their regular classroom. Title I instruction is specifically  designed to meet the need of each individual student. Title I staff work with some students  by providing assistance in their classroom while other students may receive specialized one on one intervention. Our Title I staff is diligent in making sure that we are meeting your child’s needs for interventions at any point during the school year. Parents may inquire about Para Professionals qualifications at any time. We administer the DIBELS reading and Acadience Math assessments three times a year to track your child’s progress and to make any adjustments needed.

Thank you for sending your students to Vista every day! Each child is important to us.

Sincerely,

Principal/Director
