Throughout her career, Lindsay has been deeply committed to education, student well-being, and building strong school communities. She worked at Vista School as a Behavioral Specialist, where she supported students with unique learning and behavioral needs, gaining hands-on experience with interventions that foster positive outcomes for children and families. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in School Counseling and plans to expand her expertise with additional certification in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This dual focus reflects her dedication to addressing both the academic and emotional needs of students.
As a parent of three children, Lindsay is deeply invested in creating an environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. She values the balance between high expectations and meaningful support, and she brings both professional knowledge and personal perspective to her role on the board believing strongly in student-centered decision-making. Lindsay is passionate about mental health, resilience, and educational equity. She believes that when schools invest in the whole child, through academics, arts, and emotional well-being, they prepare students not only for success in school, but for life.
As a board member, she is eager to collaborate with families, educators, and the broader community to sustain Vista’s unique culture, strengthen family engagement, and support the needs of all learners.
