Peter’s passion is creating, building and helping organizations run successfully. He has spent his career working with numerous organizations and their leadership teams: helping them plan for the numerous risks confronting their organizations: managing cash flow, mitigating risk and avoiding losses. He believes that all successful organizations have similar core values consisting of: vision, operational excellence and recruiting and retaining key people.

After graduating from Creighton University School of Law with a Certificate in Business and Tax Planning, Peter entered the financial services industry. While in the financial services industry he has been a partner at a boutique independent RIA and private equity firm in Kansas City, served as a regional VP for a mid-sized life insurance company in the Midwest, and worked with numerous business owners and organizational leaders in myriad industries and professions.

In addition to his career in the financial services industry, he has served as the CFO of a law firm, and a medical clinical group. Currently, he is the co-founder and partner at a law firm that specializes in tax mitigation, asset protection, business transactions, risk management and asset diversification.

Prior to entering law school, he graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Political Science and worked for lobbying firms in Washington D.C. and Salt Lake City, Utah, after graduation. He still works with several clients in the area of governmental affairs on fundraising and lobbying efforts.

He has served as the Vista Foundation board president for one year and as trustee for several years, as well as been a board member for two years and the finance committee chair.

He currently resides in Santa Clara, Utah, with his wife and three daughters.
