EDUCATION:
B.S. in Child Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education, University of Utah.
B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (K-8), Western Governor’s University

Terra Thornley received a B.S. Degree in Child Development and Human Studies from the University of Utah. After being a stay-at-home-mother for nearly eight years and working as a paraprofessional in a severe special education classroom for four years, she made the decision to attend Western Governors University to complete the licensure program and received a B.S. Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a license to teach K – 8th grade. She loves working at Vista, and can’t imagine working anywhere else. She is excited to work another year with Vista’s amazing students, teachers, staff, administrators, and parents! Terra is married and has one son. Their family enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and traveling whenever they can. They are always up for an adventure. Terra loves to decorate cakes, read, and most of all, spend time with her family, even if it’s just watching a movie, or playing board games.
